If you're an experienced Education Recruitment Specialist looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Our Professional Services Division is growing rapidly, and we're seeking an established recruiter with at least 3 years of educational recruitment expertise to help us continue to expand our business.

This position is located in our Swindon office and offers the ideal candidate the chance to develop new business opportunities in the Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire areas. With an identified client base that urgently requires professional recruitment support, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building professional relationships with candidates and clients.

We're looking for someone who has a deep understanding and appreciation of the education sector and can source temporary and permanent career opportunities within academia and professional support roles. This exciting career move offers you the freedom to set your own operational and financial targets, with an uncapped commission structure that rewards those who are driven by their success.
