28k to 35k DOE + uncapped commission with no threshold.
Reduced hours during school holidays.
We would like to hear from Recruitment Consultants with a minimum of 1 years’ experience (no trainees). Applicants must have had previous experience in a UK Market.
Our client is one of the UK’s leading Education Recruitment agencies, and due to their ongoing success, they are hiring ambitious Recruitment Consultants.
Obviously if you are from the Education Sector then great, however if you are looking to cross over into a lucrative sector then they would like to hear from you also.

The Role of Education Recruitment Consultant.
You’ll be tasked with finding the best teachers and teaching staff out there and helping them to find their dream job within a school! Your typical day will include speaking to multiple candidates about what they are looking for, their experience, helping them with their CV and preparing them for interviews. You’ll speak to clients about their current vacancies they’d like you to work on, posting job adverts, arranging interviews and getting out to visit your clients where you can! You’ll be building lots of relationships along the way with all types of educators, schools, and colleagues. You’ll be given full, ongoing training to support you in your role and learn how to be successful in our sector.
