Your new company
Are you currently studying and will be an ECT in the summer of 2024? Hays Education are looking for ECTs who can work in Birmingham or Sandwell.


Your new role
Are you looking to start your ECT induction? Are you looking for work in a primary school? If the answer is yes, we can help you! You will have the duty of a full class teacher, including planning, preparation and assessments. You will be working alongside supportive staff to plan exciting and motivating lessons so that children's learning is engaging, interactive and challenging.


What you'll need to succeed
This role is open to enthusiastic ECTs, who will be able to complete their ECT induction. You will have good National Curriculum knowledge and have experience in Key Stage 1 or 2.
We will require two satisfactory references.
