This outstanding primary school is seeking a dedicated and passionate ECT to join their dynamic team.

Nestled in the vibrant community of Harborne, this school has earned the prestigious "Outstanding" rating for its commitment to academic excellence and holistic development. The school are searching for an Early Careers Teacher (ECT) with a genuine love for teaching and a commitment to creating a positive learning atmosphere. The successful candidate will inspire and motivate students while contributing to our school's continued success.

Key Responsibilities will include delivery of engaging and differentiated lessons aligned with the curriculum, cultivating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation, assessing and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support, collaborating with colleagues to contribute to innovative teaching practices and develop positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider community.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in primary school teaching.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK primary curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
