ECT Primary Teacher

We are excited to announce our recruitment drive for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for 2024. We are seeking committed and inspirational trainee primary teachers who are ready for their first qualified teaching post. Day to Day of the Role:
  • Engage with students across either EYFS, KS1, and KS2, delivering high-quality education and fostering a love for learning.
  • Collaborate with experienced teachers and mentors to develop teaching practices.
  • Participate in the NIoT ECT programme, which includes customised professional learning sessions.
  • Contribute to the vibrant and dynamic educational environment of our academies.
  • Utilise a range of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must have completed or be on track to complete PGCE/PGCE or School Direct training in the 2023/2024 academic year.
  • A passion for education and the drive to contribute to the transformation of learning in London.
  • Commitment to professional development and a willingness to learn from peers and mentors.
