Randstad Education is currently looking for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) who has recently completed the PGCE and wants to build their experience and teaching network across schools and Academies in Doncaster.

We are looking for an ECT who is passionate, charismatic, and wants to make a positive difference to the lives and education of South Yorkshire students!

the responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lesson plans set by the class teacher.
  • Meet the daily objectives and targets set by the class teacher.
  • Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Apply a variety of teaching techniques to support all students' learning needs.
  • Building rapport with your students, teachers and support staff.
  • Working collaboratively with other colleagues in the school to coordinate lessons.

the requirements:

  • (Must) Hold QTS qualification or equivalent.
  • (Must) Hold eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to process one through Randstad).
  • Previous experience teaching KS1/ KS2.
  • A passion for teaching!
  • Strong behaviour and classroom management skills.
