THE GIG We’re looking for a passionate Ecommerce Trading Operations Executive within our EMEA digital team to build and maintain our on-site trading operations. With a keen eye for detail and commercial awareness, you’ll be owning our online product and merchandising catalogue for UK & EU markets. Collaborating with both global and regional teams around this business, your task will be to ensure timely go live of products and trade operations in accordance with trading plans. We’re looking for a new team member who will get stuck in and hit the ground running with new seasonal launches and our peak season just around the corner. THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART
  • You will own the seasonal set up of new products and oversee weekly product launches, working in collaboration with the key stakeholders to ensure timely go-live (including but not limited to: filter attribution, copy, translations and category population).
  • You will own the Product Launch tracker, ensuring product enrichment status is fully documented and go live updated.
  • You will shape the strategy for product naming conventions with SEO best practice always front of mind. Alongside maintaining and updating product copy and translations.
  • You will review the range plan for upcoming monthly launches, managing the launch process by region with assistance of the Trade and VM Team.
  • You will manage our category and product listing page taxonomy and attributes (including page titles, meta descriptions etc).
  • You will action ad hoc uploads of attributes and updated data to products on site.
  • You will be working alongside the global tech team in development of merchandising catalogue functionalities and implementing.
  • You will own setup and ownership of 360 operational plan and operations for peak trading periods and promotional activity, working cross functionally with the trade team’s support.
  • You will manage the base search setup matrix across EMEA, working with the trade team to maximise results for top search terms, low converting terms and 0 results.
  • You will assist in actions from our trading and insights as well as customer service teams on weekly site walks.
  • You will be a point of contact for Customer Services for any ad hoc product queries.
  • Any other business as required from the trade and content production team.
YOUR FUNDAMENTAL QUALITIES
  • At least 2 years experience working in an ecommerce team, ideally in a trading or merchandising function.
  • Good knowledge of CMS (Hybris preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent eye for detail is essential.
  • Ability to multitask and work to deadlines in fast-paced environments, prioritising workload across various projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong collaborator and ability to negotiate.
  • Commercially driven with a keen interest in fashion.
  • A quick learner, self-motivated and proactive.
