As an eCommerce Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving online sales whilst improving the customer journey into the UK and international markets. Key responsibilities for the position of eCommerce Manager include:

- Maximise online sales through conversion optimisation

- Implement strategies to optimize the customer journey and drive sales growth.

- Utilize your strong knowledge of Google Analytics to regularly review product performance, site traffic, and average transaction value (ATV).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of payment gateways and 3rd party service providers.

- Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns using various platforms.

- Analyze, track, and improve the online customer journey to enhance user experience and drive conversions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in eCommerce and digital marketing.

- Manage affiliate marketing programs to maximize brand exposure and revenue generation.

To be considered for the position of eCommerce Manager, you will offer the following:

- Minimum of four years in eCommerce management or a related field, preferably in Fashion

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and its optimization is a must.

- Proactive and driven mindset, with the ability to take ownership of projects and meet deadlines.

- Excellent analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Familiarity with payment gateways and 3rd party service providers.

- Understanding of international markets and experience expanding into new territories is a plus.
