  • As well as having an impressive portfolio of customers including leading pet stores, vets and pharmacies, this brand also has a huge online sales presence which includes Amazon (UK and Europe), Etsy, eBay, TikTok and Mirakl.

The Role:

  • Working as the exclusive recruitment partner for my client whom I have supported for several years, I am helping them to complement their extremely busy and successful eCommerce team with the hire of a new and experienced eCommerce Executive.
  • With an emphasis on Amazon Seller Central, you will be required to manage and oversee the existing Amazon sales operation with responsibility for developing and growing sales on new platforms such as eBay, TikTok, Etsy & Mirakl.
  • You will be responsible for driving online revenue growth, optimising the user experience and implementing innovative strategies to enhance e-commerce presence.
  • You will also be responsible for maximising product performance, implementing effective marketplace strategies and driving sales across Amazon/other marketplaces.
  • You will work with the wider team (internationally), managing promotional activity, advertising, sales and forecasting.
  • The role will initially be based in the Bradford office with the option of becoming more hybrid once fully up to speed with the role.

Your Duties Will Be Extremely Varied And Will Include:

  • Being the 'go-to’ person across the business for all things Amazon Seller Central and be the point of contact for external Amazon related partners.
  • Driving profitability and growth across amazon marketplace with a focus on strategy, sales, merchandising and promotions.
  • Optimising product listings to increase sales conversion and maximise revenue.
  • Working with the marketing team to ensure accuracy of product listing and copy optimisation.
  • Managing promotions and deals during key events such as Black Friday and Amazon Prime Day.
  • Regularly reporting on sales and forecasting using insights to optimise strategies.
  • Continuously looking for ways to improve the Amazon offering for customers and implementing changes with the team.
  • Managing and optimizing the overall marketplace presence in alignment with the company's brand strategy.
  • Utilising analytical skills to assess marketplace performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of marketplace management, including manually entering product listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Taking ownership of the end-to-end process, from product upload to order fulfilment, to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Overseeing product merchandising, pricing and inventory management to maximise profitability.
  • Represent the company at Trade and Professional Expo’s.

The Person:

In order to be considered for the role of eCommerce Executive, you must possess the following:

  • Based in or within a commutable distance to Bradford.
  • Amazon Seller Central expert.
  • Commercially minded and results driven.
  • Analytical with strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Experience of fully managing a busy Amazon retail account (ideally both UK and international).
  • Confident using Amazon Advertising Console.
  • Experience with Seller Fulfilled Prime/Fulfilled by Merchant is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Experience of working with eBay, Wayfair, Debenhams, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strategic thinking with a creative mindset and passion for innovation.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • The role offers a high degree of autonomy, and although you will be working as part of a wider team, you will be the main influence of how you choose to drive sales on the channels outlined above.
