East London Sales Executive

Are you passionate about real estate and love connecting people with their dream homes? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and have a flair for sales? If so my client is looking for experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to work on their development!

As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in showcasing our exciting new developments to prospective buyers. You will be based on a brand new site in the bustling and trendy area of East London.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Off-Plan Sales
• Providing exceptional customer service to potential home buyers.
• Guiding clients through the home buying process with enthusiasm and expertise.
• Utilising your sales skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Building strong relationships with clients and fostering a positive experience.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in off plan, new homes sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Passion for staying updated on property market trends and industry developments.

The Details:

• Up to £30k basic, £55k OTE
• Uncapped commission structure
• 9:30am-5pm
