Earthmover Tyre Fitter

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our client, one of the largest businesses in their sector based in the heart of Staffordshire as an Earthmover Tyre Fitter

You will be working with some of the biggest earthmoving and heavy machinery equipment in the world. Visiting some interesting places like nuclear power stations, quarries and ports where special access is required. Supporting our clients to get back to work after an emergency stop. (In fact, you’re vital to their business continuing.)

We offer full training and certification as part of our mentoring programme.

You will work Monday to Friday with overtie available when required. A starting salary of £33150.00 progressing to £36465.00 per year with a fantastic benefits package.

Job Role & Duties

• Drive to the customer's site/location.
• Removal and fitting of earthmover tyres; pneumatic, filled and solid.
• Repairing of tyres, in-house and on-site.
• Use of hydraulic HIAB air tools.
• Conform to HSEQ policies and procedures.
• Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes.
• Ensure the promotion of customer focus.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required, preferably clean.

Experience preferable (but not essential) in the following:

• Earthmover tyre fitting
• Commercial tyre fitting
• 7.5 tonne vehicle licence
• HGV Class 2 licence
• Digital tachograph card
• Driver qualification card
• Hiab Certification
• Forklift licence
• CSCS
