Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant (Level 3)

Location: Bradford, UK

Salary: Up to £12 per hour

Role Overview:

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of children in their early years. You will work closely with qualified teachers to create a stimulating and safe learning environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities that cater to the individual needs and interests of children.
  • Provide one-on-one support to children who may require additional assistance with their learning or development.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning community.
  • Help to maintain a clean, tidy, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Level 2 childcare candidates and Level 2 or 3 teaching assistants will also be considered.
  • A touch of magic and creativity to inspire and engage young learners.
