The role: EYFS TA

Contract: Full Time (Ongoing)

Location: South East London

Rate: £85 - £100

We are looking for a friendly, exciting and compassionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to come join one of our leading Primary schools in Southeast London. We welcome those who have sufficient level of Early Years experience or supporting pupils. This role would require you to support a pupil 1:1 in a reception.

The ideal candidate:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and stimulating lessons that meet the needs and interests of the children.
  • Working closely with the Early Years team and other staff to ensure a smooth transition to Reception.
  • Assessing and monitoring the children's progress and development, and providing constructive feedback
  • Communicating effectively with parents and carers, and involving them in their children's learning
  • Contributing to the school's vision, values, and ethos, and upholding its policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Early Years Qualification (Level 3)
  • Relevant childcare experience (Must be able to provide 2 professional references)
  • Enhanced child DBS (Preferably on the update Service)
