In this role, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the development and learning of children in the early years, providing personalized assistance and nurturing their growth and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children in their early years development, both academically and socially.
  • Assisting with classroom activities and providing one-to-one support as needed.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
  • Helping to plan and prepare engaging learning activities and resources.
  • Providing care and support to ensure the safety and well-being of all children.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with young children, or experience in the care sector with any ages.
  • A genuine passion for early years education and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and colleagues alike.
  • Patience, compassion, and a nurturing nature.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the changing needs of young learners.
