Job Title: Early Years Practitioners (2 positions)
Location: Independent School in Camden, London
Salary:
- Level 3 Qualification: £30,000 per annum
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): £32,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only
Start Date: As soon as possible
An outstanding independent school in Camden is seeking two dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for our young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for children in the Early Years setting.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain accurate records of children's progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on children's development.
- Contribute to the overall positive ethos of the school.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Previous experience working in an Early Years setting is desirable.
- Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
