Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to provide childcare and family support services.. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and development of the children in your care.

  • Level 2 or 3 qualified
  • Hours: 39 hours per week, flexible between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm
  • 52 weeks per year
  • Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence
- Observe and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to support the child's individual needs and development
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of the children
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities

Experience:
- Previous experience working in childcare or early childhood education is preferred
- Strong drive and passion for working with young children
- Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a classroom setting
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Proficient in English language (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with nursery rhymes, songs, and age-appropriate educational materials

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
