Salary: £350 - 450 per week Reference: INNEW Early Reading Intervention Assistant We are recruiting for a for a Primary School in Sunderland to work on a long-term basis supporting early reading interventions! Your role & responsibilities: • Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students • Hearing children read on a regular basis - support with Read Write Inc Phonics sessions. • Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs • Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate Non-negotiables: • Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting • Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills • Holds a Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, Etc.) or relevant experience (RWI experience is desired) • Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher Click ‘apply now’ or get in touch with me for more info: INNEW INNEW%53587876% %%service%%
