Contract: Perm

Salary: £40,000 per annum + bens

Hybrid split: 3 days in office | 2 days from home

Location: City of London

Working hours: 9.30am - 5.30pm

HYBRID WORKING

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an effective and ambitious Early Legal Careers Adviser supporting a prestigious London-based law firm, starting as soon as possible on a permanent basis.

You will join a successful and dynamic team, working alongside a Senior Manager and Senior Adviser to attract, recruit and retain trainee solicitors and support and tech executives as well as managing various vacation schemes and early career and academy programmes.

The scope of the role:

  • Act as the point of contact for future trainees and executives
  • Candidate attraction, engagement and management
  • Oversee candidate attraction strategies
  • Build relationships with university careers services, lecturers and student societies
  • Planning and delivering recruitment activities including on-campus and off-campus events
  • Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns and programmes
  • Managing the candidate selection process
  • Programme management - overseeing various work programmes, schemes and initiatives

Ideal applicants will have experience within early careers or graduate recruitment within a law firm however open to speaking with experienced candidates with a professional services background.
