Location - Poole Police Station
Contract length - Initially 3 months
Hours per week - 37 hours per week
Hourly rate - Up to £25ltd per hour
Job Description
BCP Council are seeking an experienced Early Help Practitioner to join their MASH team. As an Early Help Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing early intervention support to families and children who are at risk of harm or in need of additional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide early intervention support to families and children
- Assess the needs of families and develop targeted support plans
- Work closely with other professionals to ensure effective service delivery
- Contribute to case conferences and reviews
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Requirements
- Experience working as an Early Help Practitioner
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
