This national professional services firm is looking for an Early Careers Advisor to work within the wider HR and L&D team to support a range of initiatives from graduate and apprenticeships programmes through to vacation schemes. The Early Careers Advisor will lead on all activities from designing assessment centres to liaising with partners on all trainee development programmes.

Day to day responsibilities for the Early Careers Advisor

  • Lead on all early careers programmes across the business
  • Play a leading role on trainee, apprenticeship and vacation scheme recruitment from screening candidates to organising assessment centres (3-4 / year)
  • Organise and attend (along with colleagues)recruitment fairs, university and virtual events
  • Support with trainee reports and feedback as well as rotations throughout the firm
  • Take on ad-hoc projects such as helping with marketing collateral for all trainee schemes

Required skills and qualifications include.

  • The Early Careers Advisor will have previous experience working in a similar HR, L&D or Talentrole.
  • Ability to build relationships with key-stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Able to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Pro-active communication skills
