Early Career Teacher (ECT) - Lewisham

About the role

These are full-time roles in which you will be expected to deliver well-planned lessons and strong behaviour management. Schools’ vision is to develop well-rounded citizens through a balanced curriculum and requires a dynamic ECT who can think on their feet and tailor their lessons to the needs of the pupils. These are long-term and permanent contracts.

You will be working alongside an extremely supportive and collaborative department with a team of excellent practitioners. As an ECT, you’ll also have access to the school’s internal CPD programme.

The ideal candidate

• Passionate ECTs looking for a placement to complete your Induction.

• Strong teaching background.

• Available for interview and observation.

• Committed and proactive in regards to engaging students.
