Are you an experienced EA at founder/Partner level who is available for a maternity cover.

My client is a highly successful, intelligent and positive investment firm. If you enjoy work place cultures that are stimulating through intelligence yet low in ego, drive with strong work ethic and allow you the exposure, challenges and need to be solution based, working in an owner managed business, this could be the position for you.

As an experienced EA within an owner managed business, within financial services, you will help support from top down, looking after one of the founders and rest of the team. You will have a can do attitude and be willing to support across the business with high level tasks, as well as the day to day. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years corporate EA experience in an investment firm.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Booking domestic and international travel
  • Organising investor meetings
  • Expenses
  • Ad hoc administration tasks

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary, bonus and be close to the direction the business moves in, as well as health care and pension. You must be able to work a 5 day week in the office, with some WFH when the Founder is travelling, approx 8 times per month.
