Description

This EA to CEO role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the CEO's office, providing high level business support, small project support and coordination, executive administration, and management of various tasks relating to the CEO's schedule, communications, international travel and meetings

Profile

To be considered for this role you MUST hit these requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience working to Board Director and CEO level within a medium-to-large corporate, matrixed organisation with international reach and multiple stakeholders
  • Able to adapt and be flexible to continuous changing needs of the business and the CEO
  • Happy to work outside normal working hours as required.
  • Exceptional with follow ups and procedures
