Are you interested to join a dynamic music tech company in North London? We’re currently recruiting for a talented EA to support the CEO of an innovative firm based in North London focused on creating products for music producers as well as for educational purposes. This role will be in a 1:1 capacity, but will also occasionally require support to the wider exec team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Efficiently manage the CEO’s schedule
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel for business engagements, primarily to America
  • C-Suite Support: Provide high-level support to the CEO and executive team
  • Investment Attraction: Assist with fundraising efforts, including investor research and creating investment materials
  • Due Diligence Preparation: Prepare for investment opportunities with thorough due diligence
  • Investment Roadshow Presentations: Create engaging presentations for investment roadshows

Ideal Candidate:

  • C-Suite Experience: 5+ years previous experience supporting C-Suite executives
  • Interest in the Music Industry: Genuine interest in music tech
  • Make an Impact: Opportunity to influence the business’s direction and growth
