e-Discovery Sales (Dubai)

You will require a strong understanding of the EDRM process and have a previous track record of eDiscovery Sales.

  • Manage existing relationships and build new ones
  • Strong understanding of the eDiscovery process, including the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), legal and regulatory requirements, and relevant technologies and tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development and team members/stakeholders
  • Develop a personal knowledge of eDiscovery tools, technologies, and best practices including a developing a deep understanding of our proprietary tools

Qualifications

  • Desirable: Relevant field or equivalent work experience in eDiscovery or legal technology sales
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the eDiscovery or legal technology sector
  • Proven discipline developing and effectively executing detailed target account plans, market strategies and pipeline management strategies
  • Existing client base of law firm and corporate contacts is not essential
  • Demonstrable and documented track record of predictably, consistency, and ideally over achievement of revenue targets
  • A flexible approach to communication; able to adapt message quickly to the appropriate level or function, gravitas
  • Intelligent and energetic executive attitude with the ability to quickly assess business situations and act in an informed and decisive manner to drive required results
  • Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to articulate complex subject matter to non-technical audiences in a concise and compelling manner
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; the drive to build and grow a dynamic and vibrant business
