E-Commerce Manager

Role Overview: As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be at the forefront of online operations, taking charge of the portfolio of websites to ensure they are not only effective and up-to-date but also aligned with overarching business objectives. Your role will be pivotal in boosting revenue, enhancing user experiences, and spearheading the triumph of e-commerce initiatives.

Website Management:
  • Oversee the daily merchandising and maintenance of our e-commerce websites, prioritising an exceptional customer journey and user experience across all platforms.
  • Work closely with agencies to implement PPC and SEO strategies aimed at enhancing website visibility and driving traffic acquisition.
  • Collaborate with customer service and development teams to address customer feedback and resolve website usability issues promptly.
  • Partner with a 3rd party platform provider to craft and execute a robust personalization strategy aligned with our marketing goals and customer segments.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to refine personalization efforts and enhance results.
Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Utilize cutting-edge data analytics tools to monitor e-commerce performance and analyze key metrics to drive improvements in user experience, customer journey, and conversion rates.
  • Deliver regular reports and insights on website engagement to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and action.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing endeavors, providing recommendations to cross-functional teams for strategic adjustments as necessary.
About You:
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar e-commerce role.
  • Proven track record of driving B2C sales growth through online channels.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website management, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools and a knack for data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
