Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and delineate strategic business objectives and areas for enhancement, source tools and resources for comprehensive implementation across business systems and operations.
  • Develop an end-to-end e-commerce business strategy, incorporating business reporting.
  • Oversee the digital journey from e-commerce website discovery to customer purchase, manage third-party apps, and serve as the primary contact for e-commerce fulfilment management.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure swift and efficient uploading of deliveries, demonstrating a deep understanding of products and collections to optimise sales opportunities and campaigns.
  • Monitor the webstore's performance, identifying issues and highlighting opportunities for enhancements.
  • Lead the customer care team, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to all inquiries and serving as a point of escalation.
  • Address and resolve any order processing issues.
  • Analyse and report on e-commerce performance metrics, establishing and adhering to KPIs.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-Commerce.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in SEO.
  • Exhibits intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
  • Displays intermediate to advanced proficiency with Google Analytics or equivalent tools.
  • Brings experience in project management and implementing crucial e-commerce platform integrations.
