 You'll spearhead the creation and implementation of strategies aimed at enhancing customer experience and facilitating seamless online transactions. Your role will involve organizing, developing, and executing website marketing plans to drive business KPIs to new heights. You will be at the forefront for establishing standards, systems & best practice for products online & it get’s better the team will be built around you as & were you deem appropriate to improve this continuous growth in 2024.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project team in the development of a cutting-edge e-commerce website, showcasing exceptional communication skills to ensure efficient project delivery.

• Craft and refine product content destined for publication on e-commerce websites/portals.

• Establish standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, website content creation, distribution, and upkeep.

• Foster close collaboration with diverse teams (technical, customer care, graphics, and sales) to deliver updated content across e-commerce platforms.

• Conduct daily monitoring of website performance, including online transactions, merchandising, search, ranking, and usability scoring.

• Liaise with third-party providers to ensure the seamless and secure operation of the website, encompassing data storage and security.

• Provide support across various facets of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.

• Develop 'test and learn' initiatives for the new website and spearhead a continuous UX improvement program with support.

• Take charge of managing an internal website developer and collaborate closely with third-party suppliers on all future website development needs.

• Stay abreast of the latest trends in e-commerce principles and user experience across the industry, offering informed advice to drive business growth.

The Candidate:

• Demonstrated ability to convey technical e-commerce and website information clearly and succinctly.

• Proficient in multitasking and adept at meeting deadlines while upholding meticulous attention to detail.

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced e-Commerce role.

• Knowledgeable about various platforms and online sales strategies conducive to digital sales or website conversions.

• Familiarity with web design principles and a keen eye for detail.

• Capacity to establish rapid rapport with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

• Knowledgeable about SEO best practices.
