Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Location: Southampton, UK (On-site)

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum (DOE)

This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience in e-commerce platforms, ideally with exposure to B2B, B2C, and D2C environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across B2B, B2C, and D2C channels.
  • Monitor and analyze website metrics, sales performance, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce to maintain our competitive edge.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce roles, with a strong understanding of B2B, B2C, and D2C dynamics.
  • Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and related tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
