Our prestigious and dynamic team is currently in search of a talented and outcome-focused professional to spearhead our online retail strategy. As the E-Commerce Executive at our esteemed luxury activewear company, you will be instrumental in shaping the brand's digital footprint and propelling sales in the ever-evolving e-commerce landscape. This role provides a distinctive opportunity to lead and pioneer within the realm of high-end products, working alongside a passionate team committed to delivering an unmatched online shopping experience for our discerning clientele.

Responsibilities include:

Site management & digital trading

  • Supporting the Senior E-Commerce Manager with tasks including analysis of data and trading performance.
  • Management of the E-Commerce website for product listings and product information, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.
  • Data analysis and reporting on website performance and sales performance.
  • Collaborating with other teams including the wider marketing teams, customer service
  • Conducting competitor analysis and keeping up to date with new technologies to maintain optimal site performance.
  • Monitor KPIs on an ongoing basis and report on performance of new initiatives, monthly KPIs, and other relevant findings.

Digital Marketing

  • Managing e-mail campaign strategy, ownership of campaign planning, execution and forecasts.
  • Day-to-day management of e-mail delivery and development of a communication programme to drive engagement.
  • Review segmentation of audience to improve visibility of customer behaviour and targeting opportunities.
  • Support in management of affiliate marketing agency, managing asset, copy delivery and trading plans.
  • Support in management of paid media agency with asset management, ad sign off and copy delivery.
  • Champion development of dedicated campaign assets, managing briefing and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate for this role has successfully:

  • 2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce, ideally gained in a fashion or luxury environment.
  • Direct experience with analytical tools and end-to-end delivery of direct marketing campaigns from brief to deployment.
  • Experience with CRM system (Ometria experience would be beneficial).
  • Experience with using website platform systems.
  • Must be resourceful, organised and a self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator, flexible and able to manage timelines and processes of multiple projects simultaneously.
