The role is Hybrid & based just outside of the city centre, so you need to drive to be fit for this role.

Main responsibilities

  • Lead digital product optimization efforts across the organization.
  • Manage the product journey from critical path to web, ensuring seamless integration and alignment.
  • Oversee product attribution and optimization, conducting keyword research, and refining product descriptions and titles for optimization.
  • Conduct regular reviews of keywords and stay abreast of market trends.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of effective product marketing within the digital ecommerce landscape.
  • Tailor product presentations to different consumer segments, adapting language and user journeys accordingly.
  • Maintain the launch tracker, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all fields, and promptly resolving any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with content writers to ensure accuracy and optimization of product copy to meet customer needs.
  • Manage all aspects of the product journey, ensuring deadlines are met and communicated effectively to relevant teams.
  • Proactively identify and address issues, escalating as needed and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conduct daily reviews of key web pages to identify newly launched products and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Utilize Phocas to identify top-performing products and reconcile data on a weekly basis.
  • Provide weekly workload reports and update the team on progress.
  • Assist Digital Trading Managers with ad hoc tasks as required.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Capability to develop expertise in the organization's product offerings.
  • Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently.
  • Open to and responsive to constructive feedback.

Job Skills:

  • Proficiency in relevant systems and software, including SEMRush, Phocas, Nexus, and Navision.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and information dissemination.
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics and challenges.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to efficiently manage tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively in an agile environment alongside teammates.
