Our client is a well-established brand committed to delivering exceptional products and experiences to their customers.

They are seeking a talented individual to oversee their Shopify platform and drive e-commerce initiatives forward.

They are looking for a skilled E-commerce Administrator to manage their online retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Shopify, e-commerce best practices, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in shaping their online retail strategy and driving business growth.

Responsibilities for the E-commerce Administrator:

  • Manage and maintain their Shopify platform, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimised for search engines.
  • Monitor website performance, analyse key metrics, and implement strategies to improve the user experience and drive sales.
  • Oversee order processing, fulfilment, and shipping, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Work on keeping the website SEO optimised, often liaising with their agency partner to deliver technical SEO too.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and IT to implement new features, promotions, and enhancements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and e-commerce best practices to keep our online store competitive.

Qualifications for the E-commerce Administrator:

  • Proven experience managing Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms within a retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, including product merchandising, online marketing, and customer journey optimisation.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts and analysis to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
