JOB TITLE: Duty Solicitor
EXPERIENCE: 2+ PQE with Police Station Accreditation
LOCATION: Greater Manchester

A renowned Manchester based team is offering an enticing opportunity for a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or skilled Paralegal to join their team and delve into challenging, high-quality work.
•You will be required to advise at Police Stations in all cases, prepare cases at all levels of Court and undertake advocacy whilst at all times demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of criminal law, practices and procedures to include PACE.
•To be considered for the role, Duty Solicitors must be available to cover a 24-hour Police Station duty rota, necessitating their presence at the Police Station.
•Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or experienced Paralegals who have at least 2 years’ PQE and must be Police Station accredited.
