Duty Manager, exceptional opportunity to join one of London's finest 5-star hotels, located in the heart of Soho London, as a Duty Manager looking after the Front Desk operations.

As the Front Desk Duty Manager, you will lead a fantastic Welcome Desk team, ensuring seamless Front Desk operations and an exceptional guest experience throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Welcome Desk, ensuring seamless guest arrivals, departures, and assistance.
  • Motivate and supervise a team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Engage with guests fluently in English, providing personalized recommendations and assistance.
  • Foster relationships with guests, promoting hotel amenities and services.
  • Excel in problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous supervisory role in Front of House or Front Desk in hospitality.
  • Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Opera.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
