Duty Careline officer needed in London £20.02ph ref 005052

To provide an emergency visiting and call handling support service for the Careline service which operates 24/7.

To be responsible for the operation of a Emergency Control Room during core operational hours, although maybe required to work outside office hours.

Must be able to drive a manual car and hold a clean driving licence. Ability to triage / prioritise call handling. Experience in, or ability to learn, Jontek call handling system
