The Company:
Our client is a well-established international travel company.

Main duties:
Supporting clients with their travel requirements through excellent communication skills.

The Role:
- To respond to and address all clients’ travel needs by email and telephone both pre and post travel
- Exceeding customers’ expectation by offering professional travel advice
- responsible for new bookings as well as monitor existing bookings
- Training and supporting other team members as and when required
- Attend meetings as required
- Achieving company and individual targets

The Candidate:
- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) essential
- Experience in the travel industry
- Experience in native GDS (Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated individual
- Target-driven and strategic attitude

Salary: Up to £26,000 pa + bonus and benefits (32 days holiday, buy/sell holiday scheme, private medical insurance and more)
