This role requires a Dutch Speaking Business Development Associate who can propel our client's retail business and contribute to their Secretarial & Business Support team. The candidate will be a dedicated team member with a focus on business development and customer relations.

Description

• Expand the company's business portfolio by identifying and pursuing prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Work closely with the Secretarial & Business Support team to develop strategies and business plans.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities within the retail industry.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members, delivering presentations and proposals as required.
• Contribute to team meetings, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Report regularly on performance and progress towards set goals.

Profile

A successful Dutch Speaking Business Development Associate should have:

• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Must have experience in the food and drinks industry
• Must have experience as Sales Admin
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute positively to the company culture.
