Position:Dual Registered Manager - Childrens Homes
Location:Hyde, Greater Manchester
Contract:Permanent
Salary:£50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Are you a dedicated leader with a passion for providing exceptional care to children and young people? We're seeking a talented Dual Registered Manager to oversee two homes located next door to each other in Hyde, Greater Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take on the managerial responsibility for both homes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents.
  • Lead and inspire a team of care staff, providing guidance, supervision, and support to promote a positive and nurturing environment.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of both homes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and Ofsted requirements.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and external agencies.
  • Manage the registration process for the second home, working closely with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders to promote well-being and positive outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care settings.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower your team.
  • A genuine commitment to the welfare and development of children and young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualifications in social care or a related field (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care).
