Driving Support Worker

Support Worker needed in Wembley!

Howard Finley Care are currently on the lookout for a driving support worker based in Wembley or the surrounding area. The right candidate will be happy picking up service users from their own homes and bringing them to the activity hub based at head office to enjoy activities and support them with anything they may need.

Support Worker vacancy details:

• £11.44 per hour (could be slightly negotiable for the right candidate).
• Full time contract.
• Permanent position.
• Days position available.
• Mon - Thursday position.
• 8:00am - 4:00pm.
• No weekends.
• Company car for you to use.

Support Worker main duties:

• Pick up service users safely from their own homes.
• Bringing them to the activity hub to socialise and participate in activities.
• Keep records of activities that the service users enjoy maximising stimulation.
• Building relationships with the service users and being an authority that they feel that they can trust and confide in.

Experience + Qualifications:

• Must have a Full UK driving licence for over 2 years.
• Must have experience as a support worker for at least 1 year.
• Must have a clean DBS record.
• Must be happy to work with vulnerable adults.
• NVQ qualifications are preferred but not essential.

Work authorisation:

• United Kingdom (required).
• No Sponsorship offered.
