Driver

We require Drivers to work within a team supporting our Clinic based in Chichester. As our driver, you will be responsible for picking up samples from partner organisations and bringing them to our site for processing, to transport samples between our processing centres and our labs, and ensure the integrity of the cargo is maintained and all schedules are met.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 11.30 to 21.30.

The role:

• Make multiple trips daily between our third-party clinics, Randox Health clinics, and laboratories.
• Conduct a sample count on each trip and complete required documentation when transporting. Ensure that the accessioning count of samples is witnessed upon delivery.
• Collect stock orders and deliver to correct sites.
• Maintain the company vehicle to the required standard. Report any damage, wear and tear, etc. as soon as possible.
• Complete the daily vehicle checklist at the start of each day.
• Record vehicle mileage in the provided logbook.
• Ensure vehicles are consistently fuelled.
• Adherence to all road laws and speed limits.

The candidate:

Essential:

• Full clean UK Driving Licence.
• Flexible in your availability.
• Good knowledge of the local roads and motorways.

Desirable:

• Experience in another multi-drop driving position.
