Salary Scale: £140 to £250 per day

As a Drama Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to unleash your creativity and ignite a passion for performance in our students. GSL Education is in search of a Geography Teacher to fill a post at one of our client schools in Rotherham.
Role of a Drama Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging drama lessons that cater to a diverse range of abilities and learning styles
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to express themselves
- Develop and nurture students' confidence, communication skills, and teamwork through practical drama activities and performances
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular drama clubs, productions, and events
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development
The successful candidate will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
- Demonstrated experience teaching drama at the secondary level, with a strong understanding of the UK curriculum
- Passion for drama education and a commitment to inspiring young people
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with colleagues to create a dynamic learning environment
