Your new role
We are looking for a passionate Qualified / Newly Qualified Drama teacher to come and work in this fabulous secondary school that Hays is recruiting for, which is based in Northamptonshire. What you'll need to succeed

• Enthusiasm for drama will be contagious and inspire students to engage with the subject.
• Engaging and creative lesson planning: Designing lessons that are dynamic, interactive, and cater to different learning styles is crucial. Think drama games, improvisation exercises, script work analyses, and performance opportunities.
• Qualified Teacher Status
• Experience teaching KS3/KS4 - also GSCE Drama
• Patience and a supportive attitude.
• Collaboration with colleagues in the arts department or other teachers can enhance drama programs and productions.
