Tradewind are recruiting! Are you a qualified drama teacher looking for a new role for March 2024 in Oldham?

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a specialist drama teacher to join a secondary academy in Oldham.

This a full-time long-term supply teacher role from March 2024 to July 2024 to cover a maternity leave.

The Role

Teacher of Drama and Performing Arts

Five days a week.

Teaching Key stage 3 Drama and BTEC Performing Arts

Specific experience of teaching Pantomime, Slapstick comedy or The BFG would be particularly useful.

The ability to teach Music to Key stage 3 or GCSE would be beneficial.

The academy are interested in hearing from Early Career Teachers, experienced QTS practitioners and further education specialists with experience of teaching drama or performing arts to students aged 11 to 16.

  • Hold QTS Status or QTLS
  • This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks.
