Milk Education are working in partnership with a large, mixed, 11-18 academy based in Seven Kings, Redbridge who are seeking to appoint an outstanding Drama Teacher to join them on a full-time basis as of 15th April 2024.

The Role

The successful Drama teacher will have the vision and determination to achieve outstanding outcomes for all students. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to teach in a brand new studio equipped with sound and lighting systems providing students with the opportunity to explore technical theatre throughout the years.

The Person

The successful candidate will be an excellent teacher of Drama. They will have high expectations of their students and have an innovative approach to curriculum ideas, supporting all pupils gaining a Drama qualification. 

The ability to work within a team is essential and candidates will be expected to have good ICT skills. A sound knowledge and understanding of best practice in the accurate assessment of student work is essential.
