We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Doncaster. This is a long-term position starting in April.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher to support pupils with their learning and development. You will help to create a positive and engaging learning environment, ensuring that pupils receive the support they need to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting pupils with their learning and development.

Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Working with the class teacher to plan and deliver lessons.

Supporting pupils with additional needs.

Providing feedback to pupils on their progress.

Helping to manage behaviour in the classroom.

Adhering to the school's policies and procedures.

Reporting any issues or concerns to the relevant member of staff.

Requirements:

Relevant experience working with primary school pupils.

Good understanding of the primary curriculum.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong behaviour management skills.

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
