Position: Household Assistant
Location: Manchester
Salary: £11.00 per hour
Hours: Flexible, as per client's needs

Time Recruitment seeks Household Assistants to join our team on an occasional basis, working under the guidance of our clients. You will collaborate within a care home team to uphold cleanliness and safety standards for all residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
* Uphold the Company Mission Statement consistently.
* Maintain cleanliness of home furniture, furnishings, and fixtures.
* Ensure thorough cleaning of all surfaces including floors, walls, and ceilings.
* Perform carpet cleaning when necessary.
* Daily disposal of waste in compliance with safety regulations.
* Monthly cleaning of internal windows.
* Rotational deep cleaning of bedrooms and daily upkeep of communal areas.
* Daily cleaning of sinks, bathrooms, and toilets.
* Proper storage of chemicals in accordance with COSHH regulations.
* Replenish paper products and dispensers as needed.

Requirements:
Right to work within the UK
6 months experience with the Health & Social Care Sector
DBS
Training - COSHH, Health & Safety, Infection Control, Manual Handling

Person Specification:
Professionalism
Understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
Experience
Ability to manage pressure, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively.
Genuine interest in social care work.
Attributes
Demonstrates care, compassion, and teamwork.
Capable of working in physically and mentally demanding environments.
