Are you a motivated and experienced Administrator, who is looking for a busy and varied role?
We are working with a fantastic client based on the outskirts of Ripley who are looking to hire a Documentation Controller. The main purpose of the role is to provide support and aid in the successful delivery of the allocated scheme whilst maintaining the highest possible standards and relationships with clients.
To be considered for the Document Controller role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- Similar experience in a document control environment
- Previous administration experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Experience of working with in house bespoke systems
- Typing skills
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail
Within this role, you’ll also be:
- Managing and maintaining the internal databases & systems, as well as the QA Checking of Project documentation
- Collating, inputting & keeping internal systems updated
- Ensuring that all processes are actioned in a timely manner
- Assisting in project meetings
- Supporting the recruitment process
- Attending project launch meetings
- Creating and maintaining the relevant paperwork on each project
- Providing support to line managers where needed
- Allocating of remittances and maintaining forecasts in line with expectations
- Overseeing the creating, maintenance & destruction of documents on a daily basis
- General admin duties such as photocopying, printing & filing
- Scanning & archiving documents using the companies digital filing system
- Carrying out any other ad hoc duties as required
Salary & Working Hours
- Salary is £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependant on experience
- Monday – Friday; 8.30am – 5.30pm
- On site parking
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays
