Systems Owner – Dealer Management System 

Location: Milton Keynes – hybrid working

Salary: Up to £65,000 plus, excellent benefits package

We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Owner to join our growing IT department, based at our Head Office in Milton Keynes. You will take ownership of our Dealer Management System (Autoline), becoming the ‘go to’ person for all system queries, understanding and documenting how the business utilises the system, and working effectively with our third-party supplier to implement positive changes. As part of our Architecture, Infrastructure & Platforms team, you will translate business needs into technical requirements, providing input into the dealer management systems design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and document ‘how’ and ‘why’ our business utilises the Dealer Management System. 
• Clearly map and document all system processes.
• Translate business requirements into platform and system requirements, collaborating with our third-party supplier to implement positive change.
• Be the escalation point for all Dealer Management System queries.
• Scope, document and maintain detailed Dealer Management System documentation.
