ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Divisional Clinical Lead Nurse for Barchesters Central division, youll use your leadership skills to ensure the provision of the quality and person-centred care and support were known for. The role will cover nursing and residential homes acrossEast Anglia, The Midlands, Cotswolds and South Wales.

Well look to you to supervise and motivate your national team, demonstrating confidence in a range of challenging environments. You will work closely with the Regional Directors, Home Managers, and senior clinical staff to implement key actions to address any issues and continually improve care standards.

ABOUT YOU
To join as a Divisional Clinical Lead, youll need to be an ambitious Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and evidence of continued professional development. Combining a sharp analytical mind with the ability to share knowledge, build relationships, and deliver on your action plans, your leadership will deliver impressive results.
