If you are passionate about Diversity then join this fast-growing global business as a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Executive and you will be responsible for supporting the development of innovative new projects which enable the recruitment, retention, and promotion diverse business professionals.

They have a vision to be recognised as a leader in DE&I at the forefront of its profession and a determination to act as a cohesive team in everything that they do. Working with the DE&I team and dedicated diversity task-groups you will work to diversify the make-up of the business at all levels and develop a more inclusive culture. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects and activities across the business and have a high level of visibility.

Some of the responsibilities include the following:

  • Representing the business at external events and forums.
  • Working closely with the Early Careers team to maintain a strong focus on DE&I at entry level.
  • Keep informed of industry DE&I trends and best practices, including all challenges across the global landscape.
  • Lead event planning and logistics for firmwide DEI programming, including Diversity Awareness Month, heritage month celebrations and training sessions.
  • Support with all administration, data collection and reporting for surveys, and internal requests.

To be considered:

  • Previous experience in a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion role (as either an HR Generalist or D&I Specialist)
  • A passion for DE&I as well as an understanding of Diversity & Inclusion market trends.
  • Experience of coordinating multiple projects and assisting with innovative and impactful D&I programmes, initiatives and campaigns.
  • Advanced Excel (including pivot tables, spreadsheets and advanced formulas).
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
